After 365 days of enthusiastic construction by a team of talented Unicons engineers, the Hiive Binh Duong VSIP II hotel project has been officially completed and successfully handed over to the Investor, ensuring all criteria of safety, quality, and progress as committed.


The project handover process has been carried out smoothly and professionally, demonstrating the quality and commitment of the Construction Site Management Board (CSMB) in particular and of Unicons in general for the Investor.
