UNICONS SIGNED A CONSTRUCTION COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH PI GROUP IN PICITY HIGH PARK PROJECT

PiCity High Park has a frontage to Thanh Xuan 13 Street, Thanh Xuan Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. The project has a total area of 8.6 hectares, including 6 towers of 15-18 floors with 2,500 condos and construction density of 23%. The remaining space will be covered by nature ambience, which encompasses multiple parks in harmonious blend with condo towers, internal roads, kindergartens, primary schools and more than 20 internal utilities – services.

As a nucleus member of Coteccons Group, Unicons has always proven its position as the leading general contractor in Vietnam, who has accrued diverse construction experiences through hundreds of large-scale projects in a variety of segments: commercial civil projects, hotel – resort, high-class industrial factories, schools – educational institutions and many other types of projects. As committed to the Owner, in this project Unicons plays as the construction general contractor for 02 towers of Park 4 and Park 5 in a performance period of 600 days.
