The program was kicked off by a speech of Mr. Ho Van Thao – Unicons Deputy General Director, who instructed Unicons managerial officers about “Site Documentation”. With a wealth of experiences in managing a wide range of foreign-involved large-scale projects, Mr. Ho Van Thao shared a lot of useful knowledge and practical skills relevant to site documentation. He also chaired a hot discussion among Unicons managerial officers about documentation-related issues and delivered more of his experiences in project operation.
To continue the program, Mr. Tran Minh Thang – Unicons Project Manager delivered some insights into “Project quality management”. It is the quality of every project that makes Unicons distinctive. Tran Minh Thang listed some common mistakes in construction, preventive and remedial actions that ensure the highest project quality. Quality control case studies derived from the practices of structural construction, finishing, project organization and management were enthusiastically dissected and discussed by more than 100 Unicons managerial officers.
Unicons’s training programs for staff members in general and managerial officers in particular always go far beyond guesswork to reach the reality. In early June 2019, Unicons held a field tour around projects in Singapore for more than 20 Unicons managerial officers. In this training session on June 22, 2019, Mr. Nguyen Phi Tan – Superintendent of project Thao Dien District 2 and Do Quynh Tay – ME Superintendent of Hado Centrosa Garden project represented the visit delegation and reported on the program. Accordingly, the tour around international standard projects in Singapore enlightened Unicons managerial officers on new things and sharpened their skills of project operation and management.
