The Production and Business Plan 2020 sets out Unicons to focus on streamlining its organizational structure, improving labour productivity and operating efficiency of construction sites and departments, at the same time promoting the cement solidarity of staff members.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong – Chairman of Unicons Members’ Council spoke about the construction market in 2020 and Coteccons Group’s development strategy for the coming year. He underscored that 2020 would be a good time to thrive and he believed Unicons to preserve its role as a key driver of Coteccons Group’s prosperity.
Early days of the year brought Unicons a series of encouraging news and awards for new projects in both three regions of the country totalling a value of nearly 1,200 billion dong. Such a loud kick-off bolsters Unicons to fulfil plans and strengthen its position as a leading general construction contractor in Vietnam.
