Unicons handed over industrial projects in 2nd quarter of 2015

VSIP Quang Ngai Office building is located at Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park, Quang Ngai Province, incorporating 2 floors and rooftop with a total construction area of 3.540m2. The building will be the headquarter of the Investor VSIP Quang Ngai with modern decorative and eco-friendly workplace. Unicons offered  the Design and Build service for the whole project since November 2014 with the total contract value of VND 25 billion (around USD 1.15 million)
ACE Sanofi Vietnam factory – another significant industrial project has just accomplished its construction schedule this month. From January 2014, Unicons was contracted the packages of structure and finishing works for a 27,000m2 factory, including 02 product warehouses measuring 4,500m2 exclusively constructed by the advanced superflat slab technology. The slab can facilitate the performance of VNA (very narrow aisle) forklift trucks with the height up to 12-15 metres. The project reached the contract value of VND 133 billion (around USD 6.1 million). The whole factory, which was highly appreciated by the Investor Sanofi Vietnam, is now in official production activities and will be inaugurated in August 2015.
