After the success of The Sapphire Residence project, Unicons – Coteccons Group won the trust of the Owner to become the General Contractor of Best Western Premier Sapphire Ha Long project.
Best Western Premier Sapphire Ha Long Project has a prime location
The project has 02 basements, 32 upground floors, each floor 2,400 m2 wide. Unicons – Coteccons Group undertakes structural construction, basic plastering, exterior paint and MEP system installation. The total package value is nearly 450 billion dongs.

The Site Management Board will, immediately after the Ceremony, get down to accelerate the finishing work and remaining roof structural items. Bolstered by intensive experiences in high-rise projects, Unicons is confident to satisfy all commitments on quality, safety and progress by the end of quarter 4 in 2020.
