UNICONS CONTINUOUSLY WINS BIDS FOR HIGH-CLASS PROJECTS FROM PRESTIGIOUS INVESTORS

PROJECT “KN PARADISE RESORT AND ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX”

After winning the bid and successfully launching the high-rise of “KN Paradise Resort and Entertainment Complex” project in July 2022. Recently, the Investor – Van Thanh Construction Investment Company Limited (KN Group) has continued to place trust in Unicons to develop the low-rise area here. Specifically, Unicons will be the General Contractor for structural, rough finishing, and M&E for 222 townhouses (Subdivisions 09, 10, and 11) – Parasol Subdivision – Sunpark Sub-district. This is the first villa-shophouse subdivision built in the KN Paradise mega project and pioneering the first cultural resort real estate model in Vietnam, bringing the purity of a future creative Asia. Construction time is expected in 270 days.
Considered a world-class entertainment resort complex urban area with a scale of 800 hectares, this synchronously planned multifunctional complex includes Entertainment – Resort, Trade – Service, Golf course, Real estate, community utilities, etc. KN Paradise is designed in harmony between tradition and modernity, East-West architecture converges to create a creative and colorful space. PROJECT “ICON40 LUXURY APARTMENT TOWER”

In the Northern region, after successfully completing the bidding package for the basement of the “ICON40 luxury apartment tower” project, Unicons engineers have received the joy of continuing to accompany the Investor at the body package, undertaking the construction of the entire structure, basic and electromechanical finishing.
This project was invested in and developed by BIM Group. The Icon40 Ha Long project is located on land lot H5, Polygon 4, in Hung Thang Urban Area (Ha Long Marina) located on Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Bai Chay Ward. After completion, the project promises to be an elite rendezvous with a high-class utility system, not only adding value to the whole project but also bringing visitors to the most luxurious resort experiences besides the beauty of the natural wonders of the world.
