Unicons continues to construct Phase 4 of Regina Miracle International factory in Hai Phong

On 6 March 2015, top representatives of Unicons Board of Management attended the Commencement Ceremony of Phase 4. The ceremony also welcomed the presence of the Investor – Regina Miracle International, contractor Coteccons, PHG, VSIP Hai Phong Board of Management and other relevant project partners.
Items to be constructed by Unicons in Phase 4 included 01 factory measuring 6,800m2, 01 canteen, 01 office block, 01 dormitory (each is 7-storey high), water tank and infrastructure. All are located on an 8-hectare plot which is only 1 km far from previous phases. Total construction area in Phase 4 reaches 190,000m2 and total contract value adds up to 1 trillion.
