Unicons commenced Uniben first factory in the North

Unicons is the main contractor in corporation with the consultant Coninco. The scopes of works include construction and finishing works for the 27,000sqm-large factory and 8,000sqm-large facilities building on a land site area of 6ha. The project is located on the largest site in the industrial park. Unicons has started the preliminary works since the beginning of December 2014 with an expectation to finish the project within 8 months of construction. The project contract value is around VND 171 billion.
Uniben JSC, formerly known as Viet Hung Food, has been one of local leading companies in the segment of convenience food for 20 years, with “Reeva 3 mien” instant noodles, fish sauces and other additives products. When completed, the project will facilitate the development of local and export consumption, as well as create thousands of job vacancies in the province.
Previously Unicons has successfully delivered high-tech F&B manufacturing factories throughout Vietnam, namely Vinasoy soya factory (Bac Ninh), Dobla chocolate factory (Ba Ria – Vung Tau), Vinamilk smart warehouse (Binh Duong)… It is a great motivation for Unicons staff to construct the very first factory of Uniben in the north of Vietnam. Right after the ceremony, Unicons Site Management Board mobilized the best resources of personnel and devices to execute the project with the highest quality and meet the great expectations of the Investor.
