The “Q2 THAO DIEN residential and commercial mixed development project” is invested by Frasers Property Group in cooperation with An Duong Thao Dien Real Estate Trade Joint Stock Company. Situated at a prime location in the heart of Thao Dien Quarter (District 2, Ho Chi Minh City), the project has frontages toward Saigon River and a variety of modern external utilities. Unicons partners the Owner in the “Q2 THAO DIEN residential and commercial mixed development project” as the General Contractor of construction, finishing and electromechanical engineering.
Frasers Property had its first footprints in Vietnam in 1996 and put its signature to a series of commercial and service projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, said Mr. Lim Hua Tiong – General Director of G-Homes House Development Joint Stock Company and CEO of Frasers Property Vietnam at the ceremony. Spotting the development potential of District 2, Frasers Property cooperated with An Duong Thao Dien and Unicons to embark on this high-end project. Mr. Lim Hua Tiong also delivered thanks to strategic partners for their efforts and companionship in the project to assure the best product quality for residents.
Mr. Le Chi Trung – General Director of Unicons, representing the construction contractor, expressed his honour to join hand and bring values to the classy project of Q2 Thao Dien. During project implementation, the Owner and Unicons together made various improvements such as: Applying BIM in construction, Acotec partition walls, quality and NSA enhancement of fencing wall concreting; using more than 550 tons of steel and 2,500m3 of concrete for transfer beam construction. Unicons pledges to maintain its resources in the coming time to complete the project safely on schedule with such quality satisfactory to the Owner and residents.
Despite hardships and impacts of Covid-19 epidemic on the general economy and the construction industry in particular over the recent time, the project has been topped out ahead of schedule, thanks to enthusiastic, unanimous-minded and professionally knowledgeable members of the Site Management Board under the support and companionship of the Management, the Supervisory Consultant and subcontractors.
At the end of the ceremony, delegates and guests had a tour around the project’s classy prototype block.
