For human resource development, Unicons attaches the key importance to internal vocational training. Through training topics, the management staff shares construction knowledge and field experiences to the members of Site Management Board, so that they can be immediately applied in construction to improve the project quality.
Upon completion of the “Finishing Construction Process” topic, the Site Management Board members will gain mind-set on the principles for finishing work and apply in their tasks at present as well as in the future. Common errors and consequences on project later maintenance were also specifically addressed at the training sessions. During training lessons, the Site Superintendent shared his opinions related to the construction site and other necessary notes for specific projects so that the Site Management Board members could avoid errors in their tasks.
The internal vocational training program will be maintained and provide useful topics to all Unicons Site Management Boards. This helps building a team of highly spirited, professionally qualified staffs who never stop enhancing the professionalism image of Unicons as the leading general contractor in Vietnam.
