Unicons is the Main Contractor who executes the structure, finishing and M&E works for the project. The package has the price of 92 billion VND and schedule of 11 months. Unicons has completed the structure phase of the project on time, as well as ensuring quality and safety as required by the Customer.

Beside Nhan Phu Apartment, Unicons has completed other high-rise projects as Star Hill – C15B Luxury Apartment (Phu My Hung) with the height ranging from 7 to 14 floors, Novotel (Da Nang) with the height of 37 floors, and Times City – T18 (Hanoi) with the height of 37 floors.
In October 2013, Unicons officially became Contractor for Nhan Phu Apartment which is developed by Phong Phu Corporation.
The project has a total construction area of 1,450 square meters on a plot of 4,070 square meters. It consists of two 11-storey buildings with 194 apartments of various sizes, from 45 square meters to 65 square meters.
The package executed by Unicons includes structure, finishing, and MEP works with total price of 92 billion VND and schedule of 11 months.
