The Topping Out ceremony of CT1 Tower – Masteri Thao Dien project

Mr. Cong said: “We’re all delighted to witness the success of structural works of the basement and 40 upper floors as well as the outstanding performance of Unicons staff. We now set our goal to achieve the best quality for the upcoming finising works”.
Right at 11:20 am, the topping out ritual took place on the rooftop of the building. Mr. Le Mien Thuy, Deputy General Director and Mr. Nguyen Sy Ninh, Project Manager together put the steel bar on the rooftop, marking an extraordinarily successful pathway of the project.
Masteri Thao Dien has by far been the highest building ever with fastest floor construction: 3-4.5 days/floor on average. The speedy construction is not seperated from safety and quality criteria. With the total mobilization of workers and equipment, the site has always run at the top heat. Finishing the last floor, Unicons officially completed the plan 3 months ahead of schedule as committed with Coteccons and 4.5 months with the Investor.
The efforts of Unicons site members in the past year have been highly apprecitated by the Investor and General contractor Coteccons. This huge motivation then gives us more confidence to accomplish the structural works and fulfill the finishing task in the beginning of next 3^rd quarter.
