Ngoi Sao School is a key project of the Education sector and in the top “hottest” private primary schools in the capital. With a total area of up to 12,000 m2, this project has been cherished by the Investor for 10 years and is also the hope of local residents for a friendly learning environment, providing modern rooms and equipment, and best serving the teaching activities. The school fully integrates sports areas such as basketball courts, soccer fields, and multi-purpose areas to help students enjoy the best learning experience.
During the construction of the Ngoi Sao School project in Hanoi, all brothers of the Site Management Board reminded each other that “one school opening day late is one school year late” to put pressure on themselves to complete the project on schedule. And as the ancients have said “No pressure, no diamonds, ” the Ngoi Sao School project was finished and handed over to the Investor one month before the start of the new school year, right on schedule and ensuring quality as required by the Investor.
- In order to meet the construction schedule of the project – one key factor and also an important challenge, Unicons Site Management Board has used a variety of construction methods right from the foundation building process to speed up the progress. One of the highlights of the project is the construction of a Multipurpose Block with a transfer floor beam system with a clearance height of 12m, a transfer beam exceeding the span of 21m combined with a prestressed cable.
- In addition to ensuring stability, safety, and compliance with the measure by using large-scale anti-combination systems, the Investor required the Unicons Site Management Board to ensure the construction schedule set for the highest and most complicated building block to be finished simultaneously with other blocks.
- On the other hand, the Site Management Board also successfully conquered special components such as curved walls and round columns. These are the components that cause difficulties in the construction process as well as finishing work, to meet the meticulousness and quality of the project.
The Ngoi Sao School Project is not only a place to realize the cherished passion of the Investor for a space to help students be happy when attending school, but also the pride of the entire Unicons Site Management Board.
