“Q1 Farm Zone Villa Area – Thanh Xuan Valley Project” (BIM Thanh Xuan) is a high-end resort villa complex located on the outskirts, covering an area of approximately 160 hectares, owned by BIM Group, situated in Ngoc Thanh Commune, Phuc Yen City, Vinh Phuc Province. Nestled amidst the lush greenery of the mountains, BIM Thanh Xuan emerges as a fairyland with lush vegetation, interspersed with lakes, while in the distance, mountain ranges rise and fall, enveloped in mystical mist.
Currently, Unicons has been in the process of completion and handover. The finishing touches and adjustments are being made with maximum concentration from all members of the project management board (PMB). The villas on the first hill have been handed over to customers.
Later this month, the Unicons engineering team will focus on roofing the remaining villas in the project. Particularly, in November, the PMB will complete the acceptance for all villas and proceed with the handover to the investor. This is a significant step, and all members of the PMB are working hard to ensure this goal.
The BIM Thanh Xuan project is one of Unicons’ first projects in constructing Spanish-style villas on mountainous terrain, with a complex construction site and villas located at different elevations, requiring various construction methods. Mobilizing construction forces in the initial phase of the project also faced many difficulties. Overcoming these challenges, through unity, solidarity, and perseverance, Unicons’ enthusiastic team of engineers has continuously strived to ensure the project progresses on schedule, meets quality standards, and maintains safety.
