On August 24, Unicons took on the construction of towers L1 and L2, with two basements totaling 14,000m2 and 40 above-ground floors, a technical floor with a total area of nearly 138,000m2; each tower has over 600 apartments along with shop houses on one tower. Especially, this high-end apartment complex is designed in Japanese style with top-notch amenities such as sauna rooms, hot mineral water supply Onsen, high-altitude Japanese garden, infinity pool, gyms, spas, snow rooms, and Onsen baths.
Located in Ecopark Urban Area, Xuan Quan Ward, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province, Swan Lake Residence holds a unique and proud position as the symbol of the entire urban area. With a nearly 1km length surrounding Swan Lake Park, the total project area reaches over 50 hectares.

At the beginning of August 2023, the project management board entered the Fire Protection and Firefighting (FPFF) acceptance phase with the participation of related units. It is expected that by the end of August, the project will move on to the next step in this process.
The fighting spirit of the project management team is an important motivation for all work. All aim toward the ultimate goal that is to complete and hand over the apartments by the end of this year.
