Founded in 1981, TCL Group is now headquartered in more than 80 countries and territories worldwide. The project "Smart TCL Vietnam Integrated Module Manufacturing Factory - Phase I" is built on an area of ​​nearly 7.3 hectares, total construction area of ​​3 hectares. Construction time within 7 months. Unicons is the general contractor of the project.

Loteco rental factory A-7 ​​is invested by Long Binh Industrial Park Development Company Limited (Loteco). The project is built on a 10,000m2 area. Unicons is the general contractor for project construction. Within 200 days, Unicons will complete construction, water and electricity, steel structure, infrastructure and peripheral items.

Ton Phuong Nam factory is invested by Ton Phuong Nam Company. The project is built on a land area of more than 35,000m2, including items: Galvanized workshop, material warehouse, finished product warehouse and auxiliary items, infrastructure. Total construction area reaches 17,000 m2. In the project, Unicons undertook all construction and installation of M&E, construction time within 11 months.

Timberland factory project was built by Coteccons Group on a land area of 40,000m2 with a total floor area of nearly 250,000m2 with 8 towers and 1 basement.

Evergreen Industries Spinning Factory is invested by Evergreen Industries Vietnam Company Limited, a representative of Evergreen Global in Vietnam.

Tetra Pak is the world’s leading Manufacturer providing liquid food processing and packaging solutions.

The Tetra Pak Factory has a construction area of 36,000 m² on a 100,000 m² campus. Design capacity for Phase One of the factory is 12 billion packages per year and is expected to increase to 20 billion packages per year according to the market demand. The project has a total investment of 110 million US Dollar. This is the largest project that Swedish investors have invested in Vietnam.

Accredo Asia is a member of API Group, one of the world’s leading industrial packaging manufacturers based in the USA with over 30 years of experience.

Accredo Asia Binh Duong Plant is able to produce industrial plastic packaging products. In this project, Unicons is the main contractor who will be in charge of construction, architecture, infrastructure and M&E of the whole plant.

Dyeing and Yarn factory

DoubleTree by Hilton HaLong Bay Hotel & Condotel project is invested by Tri Duc Hotel Joint Stock Company and Coteccons – Unicons is the General Contractor.

The project is located in Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, with a construction scale of 28 floors (for Hotel Block) and 31 floors (for Condotel Block), total construction floor area of nearly 100,000 m2. Under the agreement, Coteccons will carry out the following items: Structure and Completion, in charge of interior, M&E system and landscape infrastructure outside the project. When completed, the project will put into operation a world-class 5-star hotel tower operated by the United States Hilton Hotel Group and the high-end Condotel apartment building. projects over 2,000 billion.

Sea Stars Hotel Ha Long is built on a site area of 4,856sqm and construction area of 51,700sqm with 29 floors and 2 basements. Its height is up to 132m. With the shape of the ship being out to sea, Sea Stars Hotel Ha Long is the harmony of its nature and landscape around. In addition, the project has over 360 rooms with size ranging from 40 – 120sqm, especially its President Room on the 27th floor having an area of up to 500sqm. The project has a total investment capital of VND112 billion and is expectedly put into operation in the first quarter of 2021 after its official handover at the end of 2020.

Tri Duc Hotel Joint Stock Company is the investor of The Double Tree by Hilton Ha Long Bay Hotel & Condotel project and Coteccons Construction Corporation is the general contractor.

The project is located in Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, with a construction scale of 28 floors (for the Hotel Block) and 31 floors (for the Condotel Block), the total floor area of nearly 100,00sqm. According to the agreement, Coteccons will execute these following works: structure and finishing, interior design, M&E, outdoor landscaping. When the project is completed, it will be operated the five-star international standard hotel tower, managed by the Hilton Hotels Group; and luxury Condotel tower. Total investment capital of the project is over VND 2,000 billion.

VinUni campus locates in the mega-urban complex of VinCity Ocean Park in Gia Lam District, Hanoi with total area of 420 ha, but only 19% building density. The area for trees, water park covers 117 ha.
