Coteccons is the General Contractor in charge of piling works, underground works and body part. The project was officially commenced on December 12, 2014 and its construction period is 27 months. Unicons is responsible for underground part of Zone A and structures of one 40-storeyed tower

As the most important work in the project group of Vinhomes Central Park (Tan Cang, Ho Chi Minh City), basement and body parts are constructed by the General Contractor and the member companies under Coteccons Group. Unicons undertakes one of the most important works of the project: Steel structure in the building.

According to the design, Landmark 81 has the height of 461 m, 81 storeys and 3 basements. The project is scheduled to be completed in quarter IV of 2018 with the diverse functions such as hotels, apartments, shopping center, office for rent, restaurant, observatory, etc., In December 2016, Landmark 81 was honored as “the best high-rise building in the world in 2016” in the International Property Awards ceremony in England

The Project is invested and managed by Vincom1 Construction Management Company Limited, a member of VinGroup. With the construction schedule of 20 months, Unicons plays the role of the General Contractor in charge of the structures, the finishing works and mechanical & electrical system for a shopping center with 02 basements and 4 –storey shopping center , a 31-storeyed apartment tower and a 27-storeyed condotel tower. In addition, Vinhomes Bac Minh also provides many outstanding and high-end utility services for the residents such as the shopping center, Vinschool, Vinmec hospital, 4- season swimming pool, landscaping, pedestrian street, etc,. Upon its completion, this work shall be the highlight to attract tourists and real estate investment in Bac Ninh city.

Vifon Hai Duong, which is the third factory construction project of the Client, Vifon, is located 55km from Hanoi to the East and 47km from Hai Phong to the West. According to the committed progress, the General Contractor Unicons will complete the structural and finishing works in 8.5-month period. The work items include warehouse and production workshop, office building, garage, boiler house, scrap warehouse, electricity substation, security guard house, underground water storage tank, weighing station, infrastructure.

When being put into operation, the factory will serve production activities of high quality instant foods and seasonings, which meets the increasing demands of the market, simultaneously contributing to solving employments for thousands of laborer in the locality
