Marigot factory has been completed and put into operation in June 2013
Marigot factory is designed to produce jewelry and accessories for Swarovski, the famous Swiss brand name. The factory has 32,000 square metres of construction areas located on a plot of 50,000 square metres in Amata Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province. The construction and M&E packages has been implemented by Unicons in the past 9 months.

Especially, Marigot factory is finished out with fair faced concrete which provide the whole project with such quality of plane, smooth, and colour balance surfaces. As the first time working with fair faced finishes, Unicons staffs have met a lot of challenges.
