INAUGURATION CEREMONY OF NHAN PHU APARTMENT

The ceremony welcomed the attendance of Mr. Dang Ngoc Tung, Chairman of Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; Mr. Nguyen Huu Tin, Vice President of HCMC People’s Committee; distinguished representatives from Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group, Phong Phu Corporation, contractors, suppliers and other partners participating in the project.
From Unicons, Mr. Dang Hoai Nam – Deputy General Director, Mr. Nguyen Quang Minh – Site Manager and Unicons staffs also attended the ceremony.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Xuan Trinh, General Director of Phong Phu Corporation said it was a great happiness to build an apartment building for the company’s employees. He also expressed his gratitude and apprecitation to the efforts of Unicons’s Site Management Board, as the building greatly met their demands and expectations.
These two 11-storey blocks consist 194 apartments with an average area of ​​45-65 sqm each, featuring modern design and environmentally friendly. All apartments are for sales or rent with preferential rates for employees working at Phong Phu Corporation. Many facilities are also integrated in residential areas such as kindergarten, parks, community zone… that bring back modern life and happiness to the households.
Starting from October 2013, Unicons has completed the structure, finishing and installation of M & E system for the entire project, with a total value of VND 92 billion. This milestone continues to further strengthen the capacity and credibility in the section of residental and high-rise, and is a great motivation to company staff to achieve more success in the coming projects.
