VARIOUS TRAINING ACTIVITIES:
1. INTEGRATION TRAINING:
New employees will join the integration training program to get to know about Coteccons Group’s development process, regulations, procedures, working rules and corporate culture with a view to quickly grasping works and mingling with their colleagues. In addition, the company also holds professional technical training sessions for new supervisors who work on the site.
2. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING:
Unicons staff frequently participate in many professional training programs. Depending on their positions and job requirements, the training programs vary from Site Manager training, Deputy Site Manager training, Site Engineer training, QS, Site secretary training, etc. Short-term courses such as IT skills, Revit 3D or foreign languages classes with native professionals are also often held throughout the years.
3. SOFT SKILLS TRAINING:
Unicons regularly organizes numerous soft skills training programs such as communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, etc., which help the staff develop in all aspects, contribute to bringing the achievement and high efficiency in works.
