Commencing in November 2022, the “Hiive Binh Duong VSIP II Hotel” project is invested and developed by Tan Thien Khanh Investment Limited Liability Company. The project comprises 10 above-ground floors (without basement) with a floor area of over 11,000 square meters. Located in the center of the industrial park, HIIVE Binh Duong VSIP II exudes luxury, sophistication, and integrates full amenities for guests.
Delegates successively performed the steel tying and concrete pouring ceremony during the topping-out program.
Following the success of previous projects in collaboration with Fusion, the “Hiive Binh Duong VSIP II Hotel” project is the next project Unicons has been entrusted by the Investor to serve as the General Contractor. The project is expected to be handed over to the Investor in October this year, promising to be one of the leading 4-star hotels in Binh Duong Province upon completion.
