Groundbreaking ceremony of Texhong Hai Ha factory

Texhong Ngan Ha consists of 3 construction phases. Phase I has a total construction area of 26 ha, in which Unicons executes the construction and finishing package for factory 01, measuring 6.2 ha. The project is worth VND 192 billion and expected to finish within 270 days of construction.  In the future, the Investor will install a modern garment and textile assembly in Texhong Hai Ha Industrial Park, creating jobs for over 30,000 workers and brighter development perspectives for the northern industry
Texhong Ngan Long Co., Ltd. is a significant client of Unicons in the northern market. Previously from July 2012 to April 2013, Unicons successfully delivered the structural, finishing, M&E and infrastructure works for the office, dormitory and structural package for Texhong 5 factory in Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh Province.
In the first two months of 2015, Unicons kicked off 4 consective projects, including 3 industrial factories and 1 villas project. Detailed-oriented carefullness and professionalism in human resource management and work safety will enable Unicons site board of management to smoothly run the project and deliver more and more added values to the Client.
