This is a 5-star resort which is 15-hectare large, consists of 111 villas, ranging from 300 square meters to 1,000 square meters of usage area. These villas have modern and luxury design with the sea view or garden view. In the middle of 2010, Unicons started executing structure and finishing package for this project at the contract price of 188 billion VND.
