COTECCONS – UNICONS COMMENCED SUN GRAND CITY FERIA PROJECT AND TOPPED OUT SEA STARS HA LONG HOTEL PROJECT PHASE 1

Completing and handing over the Sun Premier Village, Unicons won the trust of Sun Group – the Owner – to become the contractor for basic construction of 243 villas in Halong Ocean Park and exterior of duplexes, detached houses, quadruple houses and Sun Grand City villas under the Sun Grand City Feria project. Immediately after the ground-breaking ceremony, the Site Management Board embarked on the foundation construction of villas.

On the same day, in Cai Dam urban area, Coteccons – Unicons in coordination with the Owner held the Topping-Out Ceremony of “Sea Stars Halong Hotel Phase 1” project after more than 20 months of implementation.

Sea Stars Hotel Halong Phase 1 was built on an area of 4,856m²  to a height of up to 135m with a gross floor area of 51,700m², 30 up-ground floors and 2 basements. Designed after a ship sailing across the ocean, Sea Stars Ha Long Hotel just fits in with the ambient natural landscape. The project has more than 380 resort rooms with the area of 40m² – 120m² per room; especially, the President Room at the 28^th floor has an area of up to 500m². The project is now pending completion of basic construction and electromechanical engineering. Coteccons – Unicons deploys the basement and up-ground construction under the second phase in parallel to the first phase of the project.
