COMPLETING 5-STAR INTERNATIONAL STANDARD RESORT ON BEAUTIFUL QUAN LAN ISLAND

The premium eco-tourism project Van Hai (Angsana Quan Lạn), owned by Viglacera Hai Van Joint Stock Company, is being constructed in Son Hao hamlet, Quan Lạn island commune, Van Don district. The project complex utilizes 357,907m2 of land, comprising 6 functional areas: Central hotel area; resort villa area; eco-greenery and landscape area, covering over 160,000m2; natural forest area, based on the conversion of existing hill forests of 2,369.11m2; beach area, exploiting the natural white sand beach; auxiliary area and technical infrastructure.



Currently, the Quan Lạn project has surpassed several important milestones. The completion of 156 hotel rooms is nearing completion, entering the phase of installing MEP equipment, industrial sanitation, and handing over to the interior fit-out contractor for furniture installation. It is expected that by the end of August 2023, the project management will complete the handover of 143 rooms with an area of 40m2 each, along with 13 rooms with an area of 60.80m2.


With 70% completion of landscaping work, the Quan Lạn project is gradually transforming this land into a cool, fragrant green garden, blending harmoniously with nature. Internal road infrastructure has also reached a completion rate of 90%, ensuring convenience and easy access for residents.
