Commencement of the package in the KYC Machine Industry Vietnam factory project

The project is invested by KYC Machine Industry JSC and contracted to Daiwa House Vietnam Co. Ltd. It is built to become the first factory to manufacture construction machinery of the Investor in Vietnam. In this project, Unicons executes the structural and finishing package for the factory, offices and external items on a site area of 30,000 m². The project is expected to finish at the end of this July.
This is the first project Unicons commenced in the new year 2015 and the second one cooperated with Daiwa House Vietnam contractor – a member of Daiwa House Industry Corporation (Japan). In the previous project, Unicons executes the Daiwa House rental factory at lot M4A and has received positive feedbacks from the Investor.
