Overall view of Commencement Ceremony
VSIP RBFs aim to satisfy the need of those investors who want to start manufacture immediately or whose factory shares the same requirements. This project is developed in VSIP Hai Phong, a 500-hectare industrial park with complete infrastructure. Locating in the largest coastal city of the North, VSIP Hai Phong is considered an attractive destination for investors in Vietnam.

Unicons will implement design & build works for 4 semi-detached RBFs with total construction areas of 10,500 square meters on a plot of 20,000 square meters. The project has value of 60 billion VND and is scheduled to complete by March 2014 after 7.5 months of execution.
Ground-breaking ceremony
The project will be an opportunity for Unicons to promote the role as general contractor, in the mean while develop cooperative relationship between VSIP and Unicons.
