On August 18, 2020, Coteccons – Unicons officially commenced 06 towers under the Origami Vinhomes Grand Park project with a total construction package value of more than 1,200 billion dong.
On August 12, 2020, Unicons held the Ground-Breaking Ceremony of PiCity High Park Towers C4 – C5 project at Thanh Xuan 13 Street, Quarter 1, Thanh Xuan Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. The ceremony featured representatives of the Owner, the Supervisory Consultant, Unicons Leadership and some project partners.
In July 2020, the formal Topping-Out Ceremony of “Q2 THAO DIEN residential and commercial mixed development project” took place in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. The Ceremony was attended by representatives of the Owner’s Leadership, strategic partners, Unicons as a contractor, Suppliers and subcontractors of the project.
On July 25, 2020, in Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, Coteccons – Unicons successfully held the Ground-Breaking Ceremony of “Sun Grand City Feria” project at Sun Premier urban area and the Topping-Out Ceremony of “Sea Stars Halong Hotel Phase 1” in Cai Dam urban area.
The Ground-Breaking Ceremony of The Emerald Golf View project on July 15, 2020, against a bleak real estate market backdrop, seems to stir up the Southern property market in general and Binh Duong in particular. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Owner – Le Phong Development and Investment Company Limited – and Coteccons as the Design & Build General Contractor, FQM as the Supervisory Consultant and important partners of the Project.
